Wanted: Input on IGH Storm Water impacts

SWPPP Public Input - 2020 Announcement

Your opinion matters!

Request for public input through June 3: 2020 Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan

Did you know that right under your feet there are 106 miles of storm pipe and 5,200 storm drains? Did you or your neighbors experience flooding during last year’s historic spring thaw?

Each year, our residents have the opportunity to provide input on local storm water issues, including how we will keep your water clean and safe and reduce pollution and runoff as IGH develops.

We want to hear from you! The city will NOT be holding the annual storm water public meeting due to COVID-19, but we still encourage residents to participate remotely.

This year the city will provide a review of our Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, and ask you for your input via email or phone. Here is city’s storm water plan PowerPoint: www.invergroveheights.org/DocumentCenter/View/8374/

Please review the plan and submit your comments by June 3 to engineering@invergroveheights.org or call 651-450-2570. Thank you for your participation!
