Sparks and Flames Soccer (ages 5-8)
Join the hottest summer soccer program! Qualified coaches will be provided. Participants will progress from learning simple to complex soccer techniques and movements. Program format will include instructional drills and scrimmages along with game days. First three weeks are skills and drills; last 4 weeks are games. 

As a part of the Sparks and Flames registration, players can join the IGH Heat soccer coaches and players for additional small-sided games on Saturdays, June 17, 24 and July 8. Times are: 8:30 a.m. for ages 5-6 and 9:30 a.m. for ages 7-8.

Sparks:  Tuesdays, June 13-Aug. 1 (skip July 4)

Free! Playball! MN Twins Youth Baseball & Softball Clinic

Come learn the basics of hitting, catching and throwing from the MN Twins Playball! coaching staff.  Each participant will receive a commemorative gift.  Please bring a glove if you have one.

Youth Pickleball (ages 5-12)
Come get some exercise and learn this fun new game! You’ll learn proper grip, footwork, ground strokes, overheads and serves. We will also cover the basic rules and etiquette of the game. Come meet new friends and learn in a fun, safe and non-competitive environment. Children will be divided by age and skill level. Please bring sunscreen, water bottle, snack and appropriate dress. 
Offered in partnership with Sports Unlimited. 

Monday-Thursday, 9 am-12 pm
Session 1: June 19-22
Session 2: Aug. 14-18
Fee: $87 per session
Register at least one week prior to session. Fee includes a water bottle and medal. All classes held at Salem Hills Park. 

Lacrosse Fundamentals (ages 4-10)
Focuses on fundamentals of Lacrosse. Curriculum is beneficial for both beginners and current U9 players. Players will be split up into appropriate age/ability groups. Each week staff will challenge and engage players with skill stations, active demonstrations and controlled games giving players both instruction of a clinic and game-play of a league. Emphasis placed on teamwork and fun! Equipment will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own if you have it. Instruction is led by Simley High School coaches.

Youth Archery (ages 9-18)
What a great opportunity to try something new! This program provides a safe and fun introduction to the sport of archery. Classes are taught by a highly qualified NADA certified instructor. We’ll finish the program with a challenge course for the participants to try out their newly acquired skills. Equipment is provided at no charge but participants may bring their own equipment if preferred.
